When serving a Mistress it is an excellant idea to know what she likes, dislikes, and how she likes it. Keeping a very detailed log can be a great tool. One would not want to forget an important detail such as the Mistress does not accept phone calls before 10am or after 10pm. Knowing this might save someone from the wrath of said Mistress when one forgets and wakes her up at 7am. especially on a Sunday morning after she has been up all night. When told the Mistress is in session and can not be disturbed asking repeatedly to speak to her is not wise and will not win anyone any points. Sending an email to her is wonderful sending the same email three times in a row is not. Knowing the exact amount of sugar she likes in her espresso and that she likes a cup after a good meal with dessert is good. Serving her afternoon tea without a light snack of fruit crackers and cheese is not. It always brings a smile on the Mistress's face when a job is done to perfection. Falling short of the mark is not bad, it can be used as a training opportunity, yet falling short of the mark in hopes of being punished may not be wise. I enjoy rewarding those who serve me well. I do not tolerate SAM behaviour. The privilege of serving a Mistress should never be taken forgranted. It is a difficult task that has many rewards.
